GovHelper UAE is a private technology company providing AI-powered assistance for government services. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of any UAE government entity. Our service provides information and guidance only - always verify with official government sources.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GovHelper UAE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Note: These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers. Additional terms may apply to specific features or services.

2. Service Description

GovHelper UAE provides an AI-powered platform to help residents navigate UAE government services. Our services include:

AI chat assistance in 16 languages for government service inquiries
Document analysis and processing guidance
Step-by-step government process explanations
Application tracking and deadline reminders
Real-time information from official government sources

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security

  • • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Accurate Information

  • • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • • Update your information to keep it accurate
  • • Do not impersonate others or provide false information

Lawful Use

  • • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • • Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations
  • • Do not use the Service for any fraudulent activities

4. Prohibited Uses

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.

• Prices are in AED and include applicable taxes

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase

• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by GovHelper UAE and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide our services to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOVHELPER UAE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • • Breach of these Terms
  • • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • • Extended period of inactivity
  • • Non-payment of fees

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Dubai, UAE.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
